Terms of Use

CrowINT-Evidence is provided for informational, technical assessment, and evidence review purposes. It helps users upload artifacts, analyze supported infrastructure evidence patterns, and generate structured findings and reports. It is not an official certification platform, not a legal opinion service, and not a guarantee of security, readiness, or regulatory compliance.

The product is intentionally scoped as an artifact-based evidence engine. It does not query live cloud environments, simulate effective permissions in every real-world condition, or represent full coverage of every NCA ECC or CCC requirement.

You may upload only content that you are authorized to use with CrowINT-Evidence. That includes Terraform configurations, IAM policies, Kubernetes manifests, storage exports, vulnerability outputs, and any supporting material attached to a workspace or report.

You are responsible for ensuring your uploads do not violate confidentiality obligations, customer restrictions, contractual limits, export controls, intellectual property rights, or internal security policies.

You may not use CrowINT-Evidence to interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, upload malicious content intended to disrupt processing, probe the platform in an abusive way, or use the product as a pretext for unauthorized access to infrastructure or data.

CrowINT-Evidence is not a live attack tool, phishing platform, or bug bounty workflow. It is meant for structured evidence review and remediation support inside authorized environments and authorized review contexts.

Results generated by CrowINT-Evidence should be treated as evidence support output, not as final proof of compliance, complete security assurance, or official certification status. Absence of evidence in the product does not mean compliant, and the presence of evidence does not mean risk has been fully eliminated.

Users remain responsible for their own security decisions, remediation priorities, audit interpretations, and compliance conclusions.

CrowINT-Evidence is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or sufficient for every regulatory, operational, or security outcome.

CrowINT-Evidence and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service, including reliance on generated findings, remediation suggestions, or exported reports.
